Craigslist: List ads "Rental Real Estate" - Expert needed!!

List and Post for me multiple Craigslist ads in the rental Real Estate section daily! “Rental of Homes and Apartment” section. I am looking for an experienced Craigslist poster. I am not experienced in this and so I need you to know what has to be done and to explain it to me. Someone who has done work in real estate - this is a big advantage. I want to initially see how well you do. The first job you will get paid for is a test ….I will give you jpeg and copy for the ads, I want you to post 10 ads a day in the real estate rental section of craigslist. Please bid based for each ad listed – goal is 10 ads a day x 14 days = 140 ads. If all goes well,this will become an ongoing project with a long term relationship. I am looking to shortly post 700 ads a week. If you feel that I am doing this incorrectly then feel free to tell me how we should be doing this... PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE AND YOUR ADS WILL BE SUCCESSFUL. All of the ads are to be posted to the Real Estate section for “rental of homes and apartments” section. Ads must be posted to the specified section to be paid for. If you are hired then in a few weeks I will have 25 different ads and I want each one posted daily so it will be each ad 3 times a day, (75 ads daily) at 9am, 11am, and 6pm EASTERN TIME. (flexible) Requirements: -a. Daily reports with a list of links to all the ads which have been posted. - b. I will only pay for live ads, not flagged or ghosted ads. I will be checking this everyday! - Must have all: 1. necessary phone verified accounts (PVAs), 2. IP addresses, 3. U.S. Based Proxies and you must be able to rotate Ad titles, 4. post image ADS, 5. rotate IP's, 6. Monitor ADS, 7. prevent Ghosting, 8. And be able to create AD reports. No white text is to be used either. 9. The ad must stick for at least 48 hours, go live and not be ghosted. 10. If it is does not go live and stay live you will need to repost 11. I want to see examples that you have done it. I don’t want to read, “Sir, I think I can do this task". 12. I want people who can show that they have done this before. 13.
