Customizing template and integrate Joomla CMS

Hi, This is the template i want to work upon: [login to view URL] The template should be integrated with joomla CMS, so it is editable. There gonna be smaller configurations such as: - frontpage, should just include large picture, and removal of some stuff (picture guideline can be provided) - 3 rotating pictures on frontpage (pictures provided). - subpages should be build - according to the subpages layout on [login to view URL] - with regards to bread crumbs path on the left, picture in top, under top menu navigation, and a right panel which can be activated with references on some of the subpages, also a contact form (with name, mail, phone and message) should be able to activate on some of the subpages in the bottom. (layout for contact form is already in the design, on contact page). - Their should be implemented a few (pictures) logos in top of the page. More specific details will be provided. Note: Content on subpages is not a part of the project. Please state: timeline, price for the above mentioned points, and some of you relevant work with joomla cms integration. Also, if you use skype? Note: we're currently experiencing succes, and great results will lead to more work.
