My proposal is to develop a tic-tac-toe. Idea is to deliver to you a simple game, with simple interface. I'm not a web designer and won't promise you a nice design. What _I_will_ try is to deliver to you an option to play against another opponent, and another option to play against computer. I can't promise you an unbeatable computer on tic-tac-toe, but for sure I'll try. If I can't do it, you don't need to pay as it is for second milestone.
