Develop mini ground vehicle with compact chassis

Hello there, developers! Today we're here looking for another joyful exploration into the cyber toys, this time its an enhancement to our paintball club- to create exclusive cyber experiences. The little ground vehicle we wish to develop should be compact, and a mini 45CM X 30CM 4-wheeled vehicle with PC and additional android control, GPS tracking and 2 choices for either higher torque or higher speed. A little UGV similar to the Nerva LG UGV is what i would like, have a look at the video: [login to view URL] Feature Requirement: The UGV does not have to be autonomous, just remote control via Android or/and PC is fine. – MicroController: Any arduino board is fine – Connectivity: RC transmitter; i.e futuba and WiFi (above 1-2KM range required) - Control interfaces: We require 3 types of control, 1: PC software 2: Android (or windows tablet) software 3: RC transmitter - Front view and Rear view camera live-feed to control via PC or android device - Real-time GPS tracking for viewing where the vehicle is on the map – Body/Chassis: The motors and all electronics must be easily assembled. 4 Wheels for riding off-road Robust and rugged chassis, light material – Sensors: GPS, Gyroscope + Accelerometer (like MPU6050), Ultrasonic Distance Sensor for obstacle detection (avoidance is not required). – Motor driver: Any motor driver capable of driving up to 4 DC or servo motors (whichever motor will produce better results) – DC Motors: two versions (A) high speed (B) high torque – Power: input voltage: 5-12V; dual on-board voltage regulators to deliver 5V and 3.3V. - Battery: Any long duration battery type I strongly prefer a developer with experience in similar projects and a good choice of motors.
