Young minds at the age of 14-16, what they actually need is a deep and better understanding of the language and the work that is being done in the industry in the present time. They need to be hooked in the class, or otherwise they will loose interest. A 25 hours training program will consist of 25 sessions.
As I am recent fresher from college and am yet in a place where I fill up the gap in between the knowledge a student gets in college and what actually is out there in the Industry. To fill up this gap, in an effective yet in an enjoyable way for much younger minds is the main task in hand.
In 25 sessions, as I think we should start from the very basic and beginning of "computing" to explain the complexity of software design during the end sessions. It is worthwhile to notice, the children at this age has no or very little understanding of the word "computing" even! Making this 25 sessions journey consisting of theory and much needed practical approach, so that students just don't study the classes but also enjoy it, is what we need to plan out.
