Angular Material Time Picker

Hello, This small project consists in porting the time picker with did in SOGo v2 to SOGo v3. The current time picker can be tested when creating an event from [login to view URL] from the Calendar module. Please use the username "sogo1" and the password "sogo1" for testing. The current code is here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We need the code to be ported to AngularJS (1.3.x) and Angular Material (latest version from git/master) The work *must* be a directive - for which we can tie a date object using a ng-model. Only the *time* part of the date object will be updated when the user selects a new time. It *must not* use a mdDialog nor a mdMenu. It should use a div similar than what we did in SOGo v2 or similar to what Angular Material is doing with their date picker (you can see it in action from [login to view URL]) Similar also to the Angular Material date picker, we should have an input field where the user can type in the time in 24h format (like "18:03" or click on a chevron to see the div to select the time. The same options and layout we offered in SOGo v2 must be offered in the new version. For work acceptance, the developer will need to show a working plunker with AngularJS 1.3, latest version of Angular Material and the time widget tied with ng-model with a date object from the controller. The work must be self-contained, similar to what we did for our color picker in SOGo v3 ([login to view URL]) Finally, the result must work on Chrome, Safari, IE 10+, Firefox on desktops, and Chrome and Safari on mobile.
