Add feature to website

I am seeking separate quotes for these items. Please bid with a total but give me separate costs. 1. Add coupon code to sign up process payment page (m o w r i c h m m o n d. c o m/signup) 2. Add some type banner to homepage I can turn on and off, edit text , link, when there is a pricing special. I am able to edit the files of my site so it does not need to be easy. 3. On the page "aeration" where you see the "select optional seeding & fertilizer" I would like this information to emailed to me when an order is placed. Right now I get the emails of each category in the sign up process (ie name, address, price quote). Thank you
