Convert 2 images to HTML/CSS - repost 3

Hello! Please review the attached files. I need someone to take the photoshop images I send you and convert them into HTML/CSS that I can drop into an existing website template. Here's a description of what I need done: [login to view URL]: Take this image and slice it and convert it into HTML/CSS and use actual text everywhere there is lettering except the [login to view URL] provide javascript such that when someone clicks on the blue compare products link an HTML layer is exposed that compares the products. It should look like the image in temp_v4.jpg. [login to view URL]: Do the same thing with this file. When the blue compare button is clicked it should look like temp5_drop.jpg. Use placeholders for the lnks (example: href="[login to view URL]"). Please make sure the design looks the same as the images/files I have. I can send you PSD and font files once the project is accepted. The code you create is being pasted into a larger template that already exists. I do not need a full website template here.
