Bugfix another freelancer's code - Google Maps API v3 issues

I hired another freelancer to complete a project involving placing tabbed markers on a map with 1 tab for information, and another tab for streetview. (You can look at my project history to learn more about the original project's requirements). However the product provided has had multiple bugs that are not being solved in a timely manner. As a result, I need assistance in providing a fix for the following bugs:

* When opening up the street view tab on an info window, 90% of the time the street view window is grey until you resize the browser and then re-maximize it.

* In Internet Explorer 9, if you toggle back and forth between the Street View tabs on info windows, the boxes will resize themselves too large (they shouldn't be changing size at all)

* Any other badly created code that should be fixed up so that it works properly.

This page needs to work properly in Firefox, IE, and Chrome. Please make any changes to the code necessary to make that happen.

I have uploaded screenshots of the issues I am seeing, as well as a zip of the page and javascript. Please make your changes directly on the [url removed, login to view] page. The way that makers are added to the map should not be changed if possible - I will be looping in the background with PHP to fill the marker variable.

One final thing - I am big on communication and timelines. Please ask as many questions as needed to ensure you have a clear understanding of the problems that need to be solved. Also if you set a timeline, stick to it! If you need an extension on the timeline that is fine, but let me know you need one so that I am not expecting a finished product too early. I prefer to communicate over email (much easier for me during the day), so please be ready to provide your email address.

Please note that this shouldn't take too long to fix as I suspect it is just a simple div/css issue. I am not familiar enough with javascript to be able to fix the issue myself though.

Thanks guys!
