Convert psd to html with bootstrap and javascript

Convert home page design from psd to html with boostrap css, javascript ui of medium complexity. Implementation: -- keep html as semantic as possible, using jquery selectors to tie in javascript to html elements -- responsive with bootstrap -- latest bootstrap, jquery sourced from CDNs Entry form on the left: -- traveling as the page is scrolled -- should not travel but stay on the first page when screen width is too narrow to see the text on the right, like on mobile devices (phones but probably not tablets) -- wizard: the whole form is split into several screens; advance to the next screen by pressing on the action button until the final button is pressed which submits the form -- jquery date, time selectors -- javascript form validation
