Component Alter

I have purchased a component that I need altered to suit my need. I need a file menu added to the upper left corner of the page, pulled in from an xml file, to include the following house plan names as buttons: Carlisle, Bedford, Hudson,Monterey,Remington, and Winslow. When these buttons are clicked, I need it to pull up a scroll bar like is at the bottom of the current component, which can contain an unlimited number of thumbnails (these will be customers houses/names we have already built). When the thumbnail is hovered over, it needs to "fly out" like it does in this component so I can add an eleavtion, a first floor plan, and a second floor plan. When the three "fly out" thumbnails are clicked it needs to load a large image on the screen as it does in the current component.

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
