Java JNDI Wrapper to Native DLL

Hello everyone!
We have a native dll which is part of our SDK. I need to enable Java users to use this DLL more easily. To faciliate this I would like you to create a jndi wrapper class to the DLL established interface. In the link below is a .zip file containing the the dll in the "bin" folder. In addition there are C++ samples in the "samples" folder.
You must deliver:
A java jndi class file that is a wrapper to the the dlls interface.
A test sample application showing successful use of the dll in a java application.
Note:
All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
