I need an English on-screen keyboard with auto-completion/suggestions for Mac OS X.
The user should be able to click on a suggested word to send it to the current application, without having to copy and paste the word. Attached is a 5000 word dictionary to generate completions. The format is "word,frequency".
Appearance is not important. I'm just need something good enough to give me a starting point for my next project.
You'll need to provide source code commented in English.
I need to be able to redistribute as closed-source, commercial software, so please do not use and source code that can not be redistributed in this manner. (You may use open source libraries, as long as their license does not require all the final product's source code be made open).
As my existing code base is Java, I'd prefer a Java + JNA implementation, but if this is not possible, use Swift.
