AWS ECR Microservice push docker image to AWS and view the result json format

Only Bidding, if you know AWS ECR commands, and how to push and how to update the docker image.
Don't waste my time or your time, if you don't know what you are doing.
Spring Boot Microservice .jar docker image already pushed to AWS ECS.
I can run this .jar on my local machine with Docer, I can see the /users JSon result.
I use "aws aws -- aws ecr list-images --repository-name " commands, ust use commands no AWS account.
Now, your job are:
1) Check my docker image is running or not, how to view it by commands
2) How to update and push code changes if the docker image already pushed to AWS in the future.
If you know the commands, i think 10 minutes will be enough.
