Build a flash gamelike program - Adobe Flash Actionscript

I am looking for someone to help me develop a flash simulator that can be used online. It is similar in principal and technology to an online flash game (however it is not a game!) More information will be provided to serious bidders who fulfill the following requirements 1. You should know about trading charts of stocks/shares (ABSOLUTE MUST) 2. You must NOT be doing part-time freelancing and have 9-6 office jobs. 3. You must NOT re-outsource the project to 3rd parties and/or are act as a middle man in any form. 4. Obviously be knowledgeable and experienced in creating complex Flash(provide examples of previous work) 5. The person interviewed for this project MUST be the person who will work/develop the Flash project. Please do not try and google "stocks shares charts" in an attempt to quickly learn and pass yourself off as the right candidate as I will spot that right away. Also please note that if you are selected and in the process of the project I find out that you have misled me regarding the above points, you will NOT get paid!
