Developers team for a complex project onsit (Java, SQL, VBA)

Dear Freelancers! For a project involving a rather bright set of integrations of our various systems we would need a perfect match to support us. We can hardly imagine it to be an individual but a company. We found it difficult to find an appropripriate service provider on the market in an appropriate price range feasible for us - so we are posting this job on the freelancing market. Outline: 1. Java portals. A bright and broad set of skills is needed. If you are familiar with Grails or Liferay then this is a technology we after. 2. After a number of proof of the concept programming we found out that at the current stage we would need to integrate a rather innumerable amount of services we have in our 3 rather huge MS Access applications to the portal that we are going to implement. The main issue: our top priority is to make the portal work for our users. The admin part on the back office side is by far larger than what a user sees - this is the specifics of our business. So the main idea is to develop a portal to interact with our clients, but the back office has to stay within our rudimentary MS Access/Excel solutions. The challenge is to integrate the both parts. The current problem we face with our current providers (or applicants) is that none of them can deliver an offer suitable for us. Not in terms of finance but in terms of "make us believe that it is going to function". We are ready to pay corporate prices, but we need an extremely high level of services in case we find the right provider among you. We would like to dedicate the next week for interviews, and, in case we find the right provider, to award this job within 7-14 days, so please send us your profile outline/CVs.
