C Maps

I am not sure about the technical requirments or terms. I am looking for a software designer that can create a program using google maps. i.e the client will download the application as an addon feature on google maps store it under "my maps" and can use then allication. I'll try to explain as best I can. The Google map application is almost like a front screen for a courier company the likes of _________ Would it be possible that as soon as the post codes are entered (on the map application) in the back the same info gets entered on there sites? so basically the information is being pulled from the courier site in the back ground. My field of expertise is the freight industry and there is more technical difficulties (terms contracts etc) in getting this done, but I need the basics to be developed first. I was thinking of steps something like You get to use your normal Google map application (the one we have added) once you put in your information you will get your costs displayed on the same map [login to view URL] you "accept" the instant quote you will then get taken to a confirm pay and terms and conditions screen ( in the back ground all that information will be passed on to ____________who execute the task. A mail must be sent as confirmation. I do not have a site at this stage that can handle this so please include it in your cost. (basic site nothing to extravigant) There is not allot that the site needs to do as it will be more of a basic payment and confirmation page. The actual promotion and marketing will be done with the map application add-on feature. I hope this cam give an idea of my requirments. Please contact me if you need further information.
