Animate our Image

We have an image we wish to animate. There are different section to the image, each of wich has subsections. The top section is a building with windows. People can be seen from the distance. We want to give the building a glowing effect and the window panels to open up to display business building activities within each of the panels eg. training, telemarketing, computer work, success graphs, etc. There is a middle section of an individual holding jumper cables. We want the image to animate and connect the cables to the lower sectioon of the image, a battery. Within the battery, there are cells. Each cell can have an eject effect, which then displays activity within the cell. The activities, all motivational, range from family, sport, fun activities, etc. The animation could be Flash, or jquery, or avi. You must submit a sample to demonstrate you understand the principle, in order to be considered. Neither your image nor your idea will be stolen. Any samples not awarded will be respected.
