blind certification based on speech recognition

The project is mainly based on Speech Recognition. Where an blind candidate will come and give the online mock exam. The project's modules are 1) Registration form(an HTML form where the candidate will provide his details and on submitting the form an unique id needs to be generated on a new HTML page. i have that java program and the registered details will be stored in db). 2) Question Set(In this module in an HTML page there will be 100 number of questions stored in the database and the questions will be asked by the computer and similarly the correct answers will be stored already in the DB). 3) The correct answers and the answers given by the candidate will be stored in one database. 4) The main task in this project will be to recognize the answers given by the candidate in the form of speech. 5) The computer will ask one question,wait for 30 seconds and again repeat the question, and then the computer will give 4 options and then computer will wait for the answer and within the one minute the candidate must answer the question and if the candidate don't after 30 seconds next question will be asked and so on for other questions and if the candidate provides the answer in the form 1,2,3,4(options).. The computer must recognize the answer given through speech and store it in database.. and the case goes on with all the questions... and at the end of the exam i.e. after 100 questions the result will be generated with the help of the answers given by the candidate and the answers stored in the db(correct answer's database). and that's it.... and then the other details will be shared during the course of development.
