Convert a Template to a Website

Need to do an eDM. We already have the html file ready with fill-in-form. From this, we need to code the redirecting of fill in form by using jsp code.
Inside the html file, no javascript is allowed as it will automatically deleted by portal once js is detected during uploading.
So, our final file will be 1 html file (which already done) and another jsp file which help to direct the html file's fill in form (this jsp will be store in our own server)
