Ad networks expert needed: to recommend an ad network

We have several web sites, of which some are small, large and huge. We are regularly solicited by ad networks who would like to advertise on our sites. We currently deal with the largest (Google Adsense and [login to view URL]) but have ad slots for a third network. We have already dealt with a few of the other networks and have had some bad experiences. As a result, we need someone with knowledge of ad networks to prepare us a list of which ad networks are undesirable and should never be used, and which are the reputable and may be used. Then we need this person to select the best ad networks in order of priority. The best meaning, the ones that have the best CPM and other factors that would maximize our revenues. You will prepare an excel spreadsheet and indicate all the ad networks, then indicate with a rating system which have good or bad reputations, which pay well, and the CPM levels, as well as all other factors that may be used to evaluate and rate an ad network. You will also submit supporting information in the form of PDF documents of information to substantiate your findings. You MUST be an expert, and must have the knowledge and experience to do this work. If you are knowledgeable in the field of pay per click ad networks, you should be able to do this project quite easily.
