Commission based digital media sales agent

We are an established Canadian company of over 9 years specializing in digital media creation: 3d animation, 2d animation, 3d graphics, motion graphics, design, video, etc. A lot of our work consists of broadcast commercials, web commercials, explainer videos and print ads for products and many of our clients are advertising agencies, web agencies, pharma industry, product industry, food industry, arch viz, government, etc. The bulk of our work comes from North America but there's no reason we can't work internationally as we are fully wired. Basically, we produce awesome images, animation and videos which are required by everyone, in every industry. We are looking for great commission-based sales agent(s). Most projects we take on are in the $10,000 + range but smaller projects may be acceptable as well. We would like to find one or two good agents who can find us leads (send potential clients our way) and, if the project lands, we would provide a good commission fee upon payment.
