Backlinks Needed for New Website - SEO Project - Social Bookmarking

I am looking for someone that can provide ongoing seo services for me. I am currently creating 10+ websites (small blogs) per month and need some basic linking done to get them indexed and ranking in the search engines. Each domain project will last roughly 30 days but will only amount to a couple of links per day. None of these websites are gambling or adult related. If I like your work and price, this can turn into a very long term project for you with the prospect of additional related projects being added. For this and any other projects, I will provide you with a free email address and an email forwarder from the domain that we are working on, along with a pseudo-name to use. This will be used to sign up for accounts when necessary. This project is for one domain, to be created specifically for this job. Within 24 hours of the website being created, I need it to be linked at about 6 different places, including digg and stumbleupon. I will provide you with the URL and main keyword phrase of my website when I notify you that it has been created. I will then need social bookmarking to be done for each domain within the first week, with a maximum of 2 of my domains to be in each account. Additional domains may be added if necessary to make the bookmarking accounts seem natural. I'll also need 50 backlinks for each domain spread out over the course of the 30-40 days. These should be from “do-follow?? sources with a minimum PR on the main page of 3. I have some detailed instructions on where to get some of these links, otherwise it will be up to you to find the link locations. I need a daily update on the link building, including the URL where my link was placed. Please provide me with any information that you can about your experience and expertise in this area. If you have any related services that you can provide on future projects, please let me know this as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
