LOOKING FOR: - Property/Business Consultant - real estate marketing & sales professionals. A. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Business Consultant is a position under the E-Sales Group of the company, you will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment, to sell house and lot as well as condominium properties handled by the company to local and overseas clients. B. NATURE OF WORK The position will not require you to be in the office day to day, but you must personally initiate company's online & traditional sales & marketing campaigns/initiatives. The position requires you to be active in different social networking sites and online classified ads to generate leads to sales. C. SCOPE The Business Consultant directly reports on-demand to the Project Sales Manager via on-line communications ( Mobile & Home Internet ) D. RESPONSIBILITIES -Generate sales leads & inquiries through phone, email and chat, while maintaining professional & high standards of service. -Prepare presentation of property listings offered by the company tailored to the needs and budget of the clients. -Build awareness and knowledge of the property that the company are selling by conducting your own online & traditional marketing & sales activities -Accompany client during site viewing in the actual venue of the development -Assist the client after booking of unit during counseling and submission of documents. E. QUALIFICATION -College graduate -Age between 21-28 years old -With marketing & sales experience -Male or Female F. SKILLS -Good communication skills -Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative. -Computer Savvy -Stress & time management skills G.
