Bulk Email Delivery - Need High % Delivered To Inbox

I have a html based email that needs to be sent to about 50K addresses every week that You will provide for me. * All email addresses must be reals and must come from UK and US. * You need to be white-listed. Your account/ISP etc. can not be considered a spammer. * Emails MUST go to the inbox and NOT to the junk or spam folders. * You should be able to send these on a given date and time. * You should be able to provide reports, including opened, read, bounced, click-through's, etc. * About 50 random emails in the list will be used to verify - you need to be able to deliver 98% successfully. There are more projects like this coming up if first 50K sent is successful. Looking for a long-term partner. My budget for every sending of 50K emails is $50 and i need to sent this campaign every 1 or 2 weeks. Thanks!
