My company [login to view URL] is getting into new project. We need to hire staff from India. I have advertised on the biggest 10 Indian Recruitment Websites. In four days I got only 30 applicants. I expected thousands. I don't have time to make search on those website and send the advertisement to each person in their data base. Does anyone have a solution. I will pay $100 for any idea. I don't have much time. here is one example of the ad. [login to view URL]

Hi I am experience recruiter. why don't u send the advisement to Campus or institutes (your preferred areas). coz most of them have job bank Otherwise put a advertisement on facebook or linkedin

Many people in India don't use internet frequently but will fallow popular news papers and then will come to online & check the status.. There are some websites which can provide ways to reach the people..
