Create SEO Strategy

I need an expert for a detailed SEO strategy for my website. I ONLY need an extensive strategy for the next steps for my on- and offsite optimization. (no actions taken at this stage - only the strategy) This means, you will need a DEEP understand of my website and my goals, since I want a highly customized step-by-step plan. I want to closely work together with you on this. I am NOT interested in: - NO optimization for certain keywords - Different prices for packages (I want a fixed price!) My website is a new startup that helps to resell used products (like books and electronics). This means the website needs to be optimized for a lot of different products and that there is a lot of competition. Strategy includes: - Keyword analysis - Site optimization (link structure, ...) - Off site strategy/action plan Your proposal needs to include what you can do for us and what you have done in the past (I have sealed the project - so be as accurate and as detailed as possible). If your bid is only for the optimization of certain keywords or includes different packages, I will report your bid as ABUSE.
