Create Facebook Fan Page, Increase Twitter Presence

Need someone to create a Facebook Fan Page and work on building my Twitter Presence. We will work in partnership on content, and your success is dependent on two aspects: Klout Score (wanting at least 60) Twitter Followers (How many relevant people follow me - want at least 2,000) Twitter Ratio (how many following/followers - want at least 1:2) Professionalism of Facebook Fan Page This project will require upfront work on the Facebook page and getting Twitter followers, and probably a couple hours of work per week for 6 months of follow-up maintaining a good Twitter ratio, Klout score, and relevant Twitter followers.
