Commission Junction/Affiliate Marketing Expert needed

Starting a new venture who's mission is to raise money for Veterans programs throughout the US. We are doing this by giving 100% of the net profits from the sale of remanufactured ink and toner cartridge sales primarily to the US Government (who is mandated to purchase TAA compliant recycled goods). We need an expert to link our programs in with Commission Junction as well as take us where we need to go regarding SEO and other forms of affiliate marketing. If this is something that is of interest - please reach out immediately. We will be needing this int he next 3 - 5 days so this is a fast start project. Portfolio or references will need to reflect abilities in this area please.
