Blog commenting help needed

I have a list of blog pages where I'd need my comments to be added. You need to write meaningful comments and add the links either with the name (name should equal the keyword in that case) or inside your comment (that's more preferrable as would make a better sense, for example you are suggesting a resource and add a link of it inside your comment and explain why you suggest that page and why it's associated with the article that your commenting). Hope this makes sense. So, Basically, I'll give you the list, then you check the list by dofollow/nofollow, "approvalability", PR, cached day, etc. You really need to do that because I will not pay for comments that are done but not approved, or approved but nofollow, or dofollow and approved but the page isn't indexed and cached by google, or everything mentioned is OK but the page is spammed with nonsense comments and link-drops. Only comments that are approved and live on the site, on the cached page by google, the link to my page is dofollow, the page is not spammed - will be paid. You can use your own list of nice dofollow blogs too, but make sure they are law-related and not spammed, do not post the comment untl you get my approval. So, if all this works for you, please let me know and we can work - we can start will 50 live blog comments with my links there, for $12.50 ($0.25 per live comment that meets my criteria), your bid should be $12.50 exactly and I'll give you the list to work with or you can present me with your list for blog comments, all nonsense and unrelated bids that were obvious not to read my precise requirements will be ignored, some will be reported to administration of this site.
