We are an exciting eCommerce business selling fashion accessories based in Australia and growing very quickly. We have won awards for our website and have a team of vibrant, fun and hard working people dedicated to ensuring the success of the business. We are changing the buying behaviour of consumers in our industry and need the help of a clever digital marketer to take us to the next level. We need a digital marketer with the following skills: * Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and how to cross promote across channels * Create, manage & execute social media strategy (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and any other relevant channels) * Partner with selected bloggers to become advocates for our brand * Distribute online PR These are the main projects initially but open to further ideas. Candidates must: * Have perfect English for both reading and writing * Be reliable * Be creative and enthusiastic * BE LOCATED IN AUSTRALIA I am open to working out a retainer for ongoing work and I believe the time required would be anywhere from 5 - 15 hours per week.

Hi Ed (I presume that's your name), My name is Atin Batra and I have earned an MBA in Communications Management, majoring in Brand Management and Media Management. Digital Media, including Social Media and Online Advertising are my core areas. In my previous job, I was the Brand Manager for the print edition of the world's second-largest business newspaper. My specialty within the team was managing the brand's online presence through in-house work as well as contracting specialised agencies. For the brand, I managed an average monthly digital ad spend of USD 100,000 plus agency fees. While I understand I am not in Australia (and that is one of your pre-requisites), I am available 24 x 7 through digital platforms. Additionally, I have considerable experience working with remote teams, and am confident we can set up a healthy communication network for such a venture. Further, I use a variety of online tools for my work, such as Google Docs and Timely (a time-tracking app). I have found these applications helpful when I deal with remote collaborators.
