Bulk Email Marketing

We are looking for a professional company or individual who specializes in bulk email marketing. We are looking to send out one (1) Email message to approx 1.4M predominantly US email address (that we will supply). So naturally emails sent will need to be US and EU compliant. Must have current experience with bulk email messaging and have the ability to effectively get messages into the Inbox (90%+ Inbox rate - not junk/spam folder). You must be able to provide statistical analysis of sent emails, details of opening rate, bounce back rate and website hit rate, etc. Please detail your reporting capability in your bid. To ensure our message gets to the Inbox and not the junk folder we have seeded our list. We are only looking for companies who are currently and successfully send out bulk emails to Inbox’s. The message has already been designed and written and has two (2) images and approx 1/3 page of text. This will be send to successful bidder in MS Word document for uploading into email marketing software. We are looking for a fast and accurate turn around for the project. Using direct delivery method is preferred. If this is successful project delivery we have another 3.5M further email address to send to at a later date. Thank you
