Our company ( A United States Law Firm) is looking for a LONG TERM EXPERT CERTIFIED Freelancer or Company that can Handle and set up our FINANCIAL PRODUCT affiliate publisher program from beginning to end. You MUST have worked on and satisfied previous customers with setting up there ENTIRE Publisher program and helped recruit affiliate marketers to join and be successful. You will be in charge of the daily in's and out's of running the program and be responsible to make sure the program runs smooth and we receive the leads immediately. You MUST be VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about all aspects of Publishing our Program on multiple Publisher sites if allowed. We need to be in touch with you via skype several times a day and you must be able to communicate very well in Understandable ENGLISH. We are looking for a full time Freelancer/Company that will benefit from a small weekly salary $250.00 and a percentage of all sales. ABOUT OUR COMPANY Every year in the United States over 16 million lawsuits are filed, many of which are medically related. Time, patience and significant capital outlay are required to prove damages and secure settlement on cases that match those that have already been won. Generating and qualifying potential plaintiffs with legitimate claims requires a deliberate, rigorous process. Prometheus Law specializes in generating potential plaintiffs through aggressive marketing followed by thorough screening, and qualifying interested parties to determine which are eligible for referral to Litigation Counsel. Following our thorough screening process, claimants are referred to highly qualified and experienced ligation attorneys who file claims, and if necessary, lawsuits on their behalf. Litigation Counsel pursues these claims and suits with complete autonomy to their resolution by way of settlement. Prometheus Law does NOT provide funding to or lend money to Litigation Counsel or the parties referred to them. Value Proposition In support of this process, we invite “funders” to underwrite the marketing, operating overhead, and screening/expense for one or more cases in order to participate in the back end settlement proceeds defined as contingency fees. Settlement proceeds are disbursed by Litigation Counsel to the claimants, with a share of the contingency fee being paid to Prometheus who utilizes a portion of those funds to pay the funder. As a funder of these cases, you purchase what is called a “Prepaid Forward Contract” which provides for a predetermined return on your money within a predetermined future (forward) time frame. This allows Prometheus to wait until such time as the cases are resolved and share in the contingency fee rather than merely selling the leads to a law firm in advance at a fixed price. The contingency fee provides the capital to pay the return on your Prepaid Forward Contract in the form of what is called a “Contingent Asset,” defined as a “potential asset associated with a potential gain.” In summary, when you take advantage of the Prometheus Law funding opportunity, you agree to purchase a fixed portion of our contingency fees on a risk basis that is mitigated. Unlike most financial opportunities our Contingent Assets and business model are not correlated to any markets. This is a simple buy and sell process. You buy our plaintiff lead for what it is worth today and then we buy it back from you for what it is worth tomorrow.
