Bulk Mailer Needed. Bulk email sender

Experience with Bulk Email and the Ability to Deliver to INBOX a Must. INBOX rate must be at 85% - 90% You must be able to hit INBOX with the major ISPs. The emails must arrive in inbox and not be marked as spam. We'll provide you with the campaign assets for each mailing - Creatives, Links, Opt-outs, DNE Lists. We'll provide you with the data (email list) to send. We have the email database seeded with our addresses, so we will be monitoring delivery. We need someone who is an Expert in the area Bulk Email - Knowledge with spam filters as well as tracking, reporting and removing unsubscribes is a must.
