Designing a house from a picture to a computer model.

Hello, I would need somebody who could create me a 3d model of a house from a picture that i am putting in the attach file and add some extras things to the house. The House is planed to be made out of Hemp Building material for you to know more about i am attaching a description of this material. So it would be best that the 3d model would be colored in the material hemp or a natural tone of color. On the picture of the house there are a lot of windows this should be changed to walls made of hemp with big windows but not every were. The roof window is great but this window also contains a solar panel so it needs to look like it from the out side. The Balcony should be a green roof with plants and a garden or something similar (green roof with some kind of bench :) ) That is it :) Basically a 3d model of a Hemp house that it 100% carbon neutral because it is build from hemp and bamboo and produces electric energy and the green roof provides with the wather from the rain and it makes it clean. 100% self sufficient home. Is there a guy or a girl out there that could make me a 3d house like that? :) Best regards
