Artist/decorator

I would like someone to paint a family tree/photo tree going up my stair left hand wall with birds, 3d cardboard butterflies and flowers. The colour scale will have to be black through to grey and silver. I would like some glitter on the tree as well, also I would like it as 3d as possible. I have 14 members of my family and I don't even have any children yet so it will need to be big. Going up the whole wall to the upstairs. I have already been quoted £150 but I was wondering if someone was willing to do it cheaper? They will also be recommended on my business website with their permission, after the project has been completed.
