Design Book Cover for Amazon

I need someone to design an e-book cover for me that would fit the requirements of Amazon KDP publishing rules located at kdp.amazon.com. The e-book cover would need to meet their requirements, which are that it be in a .JPG version and for the best quality image, be 2820 pixels on the shortest side and 4500 pixels on the longest side. Product images on Amazon KDP display on Amazon using RGB color mode.
The title of my book is "My Love Life in Texts" (already copyrighted) and I envision the cover to be like a screenshot of an IPhone text background so the whole cover is light pale blue and the title would be large across the top in a pink color (perhaps hot pink or an intense and easy to read pink). I'm envisioning regular script, not italic or cursive writing. Then, there would be a text bubble in the style of the IPhone text messaging on the right that says "Hi, gorgeous!" Then, there would be a text bubble on the left side saying, "Love you, babe, miss you! XOXO" and then another one on the right that says, "See you soon! XOXO" Then, across the bottom of the e-book cover there would be a solid green band in a medium to Kelly green (like the color green the IPhone text messages use) that shows the author name: by Raven Reigns.
If there are other ideas for a book cover that would eye-catching and just as clever, I'm open to other suggestions as well, this is a book about love conducted over texts.
Please try not to use copyrighted images and if you need to give me a document that releases me the authority to use the picture and if you want your name mentioned in my book as getting credit for the cover image if I use it for the book, let me know how you'd like that to read.
