Converting PSD to Wordpress, automated process, multiple websites. Long-term partnership.

Hey there, My name is Gab! I am a freelancer & an entrepreneur. I provide online Branding, Design, Web & Marketing services to startups, freelancers, business owners or entrepreneurs. I outsource the development part of my work online which is mostly wordpress/CSS/HTML & photoshop works. I am looking for a long-term business partnership that will perfectly suit my needs. It is really simple, basically i provide PSDs and i need it converted into wordpress without any different details. I always use the installed theme provided PSDs so it is mostly really simple stuff but there is no margins for any differences in the details. So far i only use Vertex and Divi theme from Elegant themes. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I have been working with 2 other developers online but both of them give me big painful headaches because i always have to ask them for corrections and it's so complicated. The results are simply not precisely what i want and i feel like i have to put pressure to get things done correctly. I work in multiple steps. 1st - Set up the home page as on (PSD to Wordpress) 2nd - Page/navigation customizations (PSD to Wordpress) 3rd - Addons & modifications, depending on the website content (Textual indications) 4th (ecommerce only) - Shop and products set up (Textual indications) All websites are responsive. For the deadlines, i expect 1 week for every steps of the process but the time is not really a problem. The most important thing is to bring precise results without any different details and a good communication. Of course, if you tell me something will be done within a week, try to respect the deadline but if for some reason you've got a problem delivering on time just tell me and how many time you need and respect that additional delay. I'm working in a way the websites shouldn't cost more than 150$. But if i have to raise it to 250$ i will if it's required (can also negotiate the currency but CAD is best for me). Understand that i'm pushing hard to create an automated system with the same themes for every website that i build with a low cost profitable for me. So as long as i can get my result precisely as i want with the less complications possible for the lowest cost possible we will have a very good business opportunity together. I work with multiple customers at the same time, i give them peace of mind by providing services about everything that is online or web related. I also manage the whole website marketing, development and improvement so once the website is done there is still more work for the same website. $$$ I speak French (first language) & English (secondary) Looking forward for a new partner!
