This is my python script which reads a csv file and write into a webpage:-

The output of the existing script is [url removed, login to view]([url removed, login to view]).
My desired script should should read data from csv file and present the desired output file(as [url removed, login to view])
In the existing csv file 2nd column of the csv file ([url removed, login to view]) should be transposed as row and there should not be any repetitions. This is a very simple step and the last step in my project. I finished 90% of the project and this is the last step. If you did not understand please contact we can discuss before moving forward.
Aim:- My python script should take my csv file and present it in a desired format(csv), which in turn should be converted into webpage(html).
In the output _existing/output_desired (csv file) consider as:-
eg:- an05(source) df03(destn) 79(result)
79(third field in excel file) is a value that we got while measuring from source to destination.
Please write this script for python 2.6
