Create 2-3 html page templates

Looking to have 2-3 static responsive page templates created. You would just send me a zip file afterward with all of the html files and supporting css, js, etc. I'd like these to be a similar in function to the [login to view URL] layout. Note: I do not just want [login to view URL] pages downloaded and sent to me. I want new functioning code that feels similar to how [login to view URL] works.
