Build a Prototype Website

I want to deploy the web-based UAV ground control system described here: [login to view URL] to a hosted website. Initial project is to deploy it, enabled for a single user to connect to for telemetry up/downlink (a webpage that anyone can see, but only a single user can control). You simply need to: demonstrate the website working. give me instructions to connect the telemetry link so I can test it (ie SSH or other). Provide a package I can upload to my site, with instructions to get it working (at present I use godaddy shared linux hosting, but am not tied to that). If I am satisfied with the results, my aim is to evolve it into a social-network webpresence where each user has access to their own instance. But that comes later.
