Chrome Extension - Building hyperlink where there isn't one

I have a service provider with a web site, lets say [login to view URL] This web site is a core web app which populates our UI screens using Ajax heavily. So the page loads; nothing really of interest on the page; and then the Ajax fires and loads the product into the page. This according to F12 in Chrome results with a Document with lots of HTML so I assume they are writing into the document model. Happy to provide detailed example of the HTML it generates via Freelancer Private Messaging. What I want is - a Chrome Extension that -- Works on this service providers web site -- Detects if a particular property is present - see example for a snippet (so on some pages "Image2" will be present; on others not) -- If it is present basically makes the value of Image 2 a hyperlink with a prefix and suffix set in the Extension. i.e. prefix [login to view URL] and suffix ".png" for example. -- and hence if I click on it a new tab opens and off I go. -- It should be N property capable - so I can then extend the extension internally for whatever comes along - i.e. could easily be 20 links I need to "create" Sample: <tr class="" data-model-id="Image2"><td class="name" data-column-id="name"> <span class="propertyNameCell">Image2</span> </td> <td class="value" data-column-id="values"><div class="propertyValues" data-model-id="Image2"><div class="valuesContainer "><div data-model-id="Images/Products/[login to view URL]"><span class="editorTarget tabTarget"><span class="emblems valueIndicators"></span><span class="propertyValue">Images/Products/[login to view URL]</span> <span class="emblems valueControls"></span> </span></div></div> <div class="addValuePlaceholder"> <div class="emblems" style="position: absolute; right: 0; bottom: 0"> <span class="propertyControls"></span> <span class="propertyIndicators"></span> </div> </div></div></td></tr> The extension should be delivered via Freelancer; along with installation instructions for a user; and also instructions for a developer on how a property can be changed, other properties added.
