We are a growing Real Estate agency and we currently use a Wordpress theme. We are very pleased with the template but it is starting to be too limited. We still want to use a theme as it is very easy to use, but we want to customize it. Therefore, the developer should be able to customize the theme (both frontend and backend) without affecting the usability of the Wordpress graphic interface. We use plugins, so you will also need to customize them. Site will be tested before being approved. Please ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS: 1) DESIGN - Tell me specifically how you will proceed in order to obtain a similar or same design as in the PDF guide?
