Add videos to Joomla 2.5 website

[login to view URL]~posturet/ - please check this link... on the left and right side of the front page and on the inner pages there are embedded youtube videos. I need a Joomla video player installed that DOES NOT HAVE A WATERMARK and 21 new videos added which will replace the youtube videos on the front and inner page. I currently have All Video Share installed but without the license, if you know of a better player let me know and I'll buy that one otherwise I'll just buy the license for AVS. Please read the attached document for placement of videos. PLEASE LOOK OVER YOUR WORK - DO NOT say you are finished until you have LOOKED OVER YOUR WORK. For every mistake I find I will deduct 5 dollars. Budget is $65
