quite simply, i want to copy my competitors website -
(it can not LOOK the same, or they will know I copied them)
I attached the final output form in .doc and .pdf
the only data that I would like to capture in a database would be the clients' name, phone, and email
(this data would not be captured, until the applicant reaches the end of the form)
the user completes the application, and the application (form) is emailed to me
that is pretty much it
my hosting company is godaddy, so if you are not familiar with that, please withdraw your bid
