changes on a ready android game

Hello! I can do changes but sometimes characters are not that simple as they look. they might be generated with code or assembled from different sprite pieces. that means that i have to understand a considerable par of the whole project (more time). but if there are just some characters pictures that its ok. anyway, need to see it

1. Do you have the web server to host the database of the App? 2. Would you provide me the UI designs of the app or do I create them from scratch? 3 Do you want native app or hybrid app?
