Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence App for Documents Verification through Face Recognition -- 2

I would like this Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence App to be developed for Documents Verification through Face Recognition. We want an application which will help us to verify any kind of photo i.d proofs with real picture of that live person. In our application, companies could upload any kind of photo i.d proof or any other photo enabled documents to be verified as well as front view image or video of that live person. Within few seconds, application could give us perfect response stating that person is same or not. We could be able to define any activities in the CCTV network such as bomb implant, eve teasing, fighting, accidents, murder, showing knife or gun in the public place. After we define these activities in the network, when ever any such activity will happen in CCTV network, our app should send alerts to local police and other numbers configured in the application. If we define any photo of any criminal in the CCTV network and whenever that similar photo will come in the range of that CCTV network, it should send alerts to police or configured numbers.
