Development of simple online game for research experiment

Require a online game to be built as part of an experiment. The game will need to be accessed by the subject through a survey engine (Qualtrics and/or Mechanical Turk). The subjects will need to answer survey questions before and after the game. The survey design will be done separate to this project, but this project will need to be easily integrated. The subject responses to the game will need to be recorded such as time take to respond to stimuli on the screen. There is JavaScript objects from [login to view URL] which will facilitate the capture of required data. Jspsych is an open sourced project specifically to assist online experiment such as this. The results from each subject need to be captured and written to a file to enable analysis after the experiment. Should be simple for an individual with skills in JavaScript, PHP and past experience in Jspsych.  Detailed requirements story boarded will be provided with specific data to be capture.
