Detailed Character Modeling in Blender ONLY - open to bidding

I have need for seven of these models but will start here with only one for now. If the results of the first model are satisfactory I will release the other six to the person that did the first one. I'm on a fairly tight budget so I have set a fixed price for this first model. However, if you would like to give me an estimate of the hours you think it will take I would be open to paying for this by the hour. Here is what i need. I have two reference pictures attached. I need a 3D print ready high detail model that need not be animation or video game ready so polygon count is not an issue. In fact, high poly, high detail, high quality is what i'm looking for! For example they could be sculpted either in Blender directly or in ZBrush and then imported into blender. I do need the files sent to me as Blender files. Use the reference images and your own imagination to create the character in a cool pose. I intend to use these as game pieces.
