Design the user interface for an iPhone game using existing wireframes

We are looking for a graphic designer to do vector and raster artwork for a mobile game. The game will be displayed on the iPhone and iPad. The wireframes and concept have been 90% completed. If this job is successful, we will most likely establish a long term business relationship with the designer. The design style that we are going for sits somewhere between Clash Of Clans and Hearthstone. Familiarity with these styles is expected. The freelancer should have strong skills in the following areas: - user interface design and asset creation - written and spoken English - vector based artwork (icons, buttons, etc.) - raster based artwork (textures, hand painted borders, frames, etc. ) - graphic design and layout (font, kerning, spacing, color theory) - mobile app design conventions (eg. where back buttons and exit buttons sit)
